During the month of December, volunteer events were carried out across different business units, demonstrating Javer's strong commitment to the communities. In total, five volunteer activities were held in various states, each with a unique focus but always aimed at sharing a meaningful moment with the beneficiaries.

In Jalisco, a volunteer event was held with 30 children from the “Sueños y Esperanzas” foster home. A total of 11 volunteers joined to carry out a special activity that brightened the children’s day. The event began with a fun fair where the children enjoyed games, activities, and plenty of joy. With the help of the volunteers, spaces full of laughter and excitement were created, giving the children a memorable experience. Delicious snacks were also provided, and each child received a sweet treat bag and a gift that brought even more smiles.

Meanwhile, in Nuevo León, the traditional Christmas posada was held—this time for the children of Rembrandt Elementary School in Valle de Santa Elena. The school was transformed into a fun fair, where the children enjoyed face painting, an art workshop, carnival games, a photo booth, snacks, a piñata, and a delightful show. Santa Claus and the Grinch also handed out gifts. A total of 278 children participated and had a wonderful time, and the 16 volunteers who joined helped make it a memorable day filled with joy.

In the State of Mexico, 12 team members spent an incredible day at "Casa Betti," a care home for elderly women. They shared a meaningful moment with the 52 residents, offering a special yoga session, gifts of warm socks, and delicious "roscas" to enjoy together.

In Querétaro, in celebration of International Volunteer Day, 29 coworkers visited the Querétaro Geriatric Center. They brought 29 blankets for the elderly residents and spent a special time connecting with them in a warm and meaningful way.

In Reynosa, 45 of our collaborators sponsored and spent a beautiful afternoon with children from “MAMI” foster home, an institution that supports vulnerable children and families by providing social assistance. Volunteers enjoyed quality time with the children and gave each one a toy, bringing happiness to 58 kids.

These special moments allow us to reinforce our commitment to the community and nurture a spirit of solidarity across all our stakeholders. We are grateful to all the volunteers who participated in each activity, as well as to the communities and institutions that opened their doors and made these experiences possible.
