For the seventh consecutive year, JAVER received the distinction of Socially Responsible Company (ESR), awarded by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI).

JAVER is EDGE Champion

JAVER seeks to be always up to date on sustainability issues that can have a positive impact for its clients, which is why in 2022 it certified for the first time 2 projects with EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). This certification ensures that the homes have equipment that generates savings in water and electricity that is reflected in the end user's bills, as well as that the materials used generated fewer emissions in their production. With more than 1,800 sustainable homes in 2023, JAVER receives the EDGE Champion award from the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

This demonstrates JAVER's commitment to the decarbonization of its project portfolio, which complies with certain efficiency and resource saving metrics and aims to certify more than 10,000 homes by 2025. To date, 6,488 homes have been certified.
