Casas Javer reaffirms its commitment to advancing sustainable and

integrating the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) certification framework
across its
housing portfolio.
As one of Mexico’s leading homebuilders, Casas Javer recognizes its

EDGE serves as a key tool to systematically improve energy, water, and material efficiency
throughout
the design and construction of its projects.
Through this commitment, Casas Javer aims to certify a minimum of one
million square meters of built
area under the EDGE standard over the next five years. This effort represents a decisive
step toward
consolidating a lower-carbon and more resource-efficient housing model at scale.
