Rene Martinez Martinez

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

He joined Javer as Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and was promoted to CEO in 2017. He was CEO of MMCinemas for over 15 years until its sale to the Larrea family, a period during which the company became the second-largest movie theater operator in Mexico. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, or ITESM by its Spanish acronym).

Felipe de Jesus Loera Reyna

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

He joined Javer in 2007 as Controller, after holding the same position at Grupo Senda for eight years. He has a degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon (Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, or UANL) and an MBA from the University of Monterrey (Universidad de Monterrey, or UDEM). He also completed the D-1 Senior Management Program of the PanAmerican Institute for High Business Management (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresa, or IPADE).

Oliverio de la Garza Ugarte

LEGAL DIRECTOR

He joined Javer as Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2017. He has a degree in Law and Social Sciences from the UANL (Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon) and several post-graduate degrees from academic institutions in Mexico and abroad in several law and management fields.

Sandra Patricia Gonzalez Hernandez

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO)

She holds a BA in Business Informatics from the UANL (Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon), a Master’s in Business Administration and a Specialization in Project Management from the University of the Americas. She has more than 20 years of experience in key executive positions at multinational companies such as Cemex, Neoris and British American Tobacco. She also has multiple certifications in her field of expertise, including Digital Transformation Strategy program of the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.

Jose Carlos Garza Muñoz

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)

Since 2005, he has been working in the housing sector for companies such as ARA and COI. He joined Javer as Sales Manager in 2007 and was promoted to Commercial Manager in 2011, later appointed CCO in 2015. He holds a degree in Communication Sciences, with a specialization in Organizational Development, from the UANL (Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon).

Veronica Lozano Galvan

IR, CSR, AND PLANNING DIRECTOR

She joined Javer in 2011 and was responsible for the Company’s investor relations and financing department. Since mid-2019, she has held her new position. She worked at Fitch Ratings in the mutual and pension funds analysis team, and at Banco Base, in the area of counterparty risk. She has a degree in International Finance from UDEM and an MBA from the same institution. She has completed Senior Management Programs of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Extended School and the University of Chicago.

Juan Jose Alvarez Hoyt

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

He joined Javer as COO in January 2021. In the last 15 years he has performed throughout different areas of the health sector, holding the Managing Director position in 4 hospitals. From December 2015 until December 2020 he was the Managing Director for Hospital Christus Muguerza Alta Especialidad. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and a MBA from the PanAmerican Institute for High Business Management (IPADE).

Liliana Esthela Cavazos Alanís

HHRR Director

She joined Javer as Organization and Compensation Manager in 2018, in 2020 she takes over the Human Resources function. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Administration from the UANL and a Master's Degree in Administration from the Escuela Superior de Negocios de Monterrey. She also completed the D1 executive management program at IPADE and holds a certification as a Global Remuneration Professional. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources and compensation professional in companies such as Vitro, Cydsa and Copamex.

Brenda Guadalupe Villarreal Gamboa

Director of Internal Audit

She joined Javer in 2007 as part of the financial information area, and later in 2017 she became part of the internal audit area. In 2021 she assumed responsibility for this same area, also serving as secretary of the Audit and Corporate Practices Committee. In 2023 she was promoted to the internal audit direction. She has a degree in Accounting from the UANL, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Specialization in Finance from the Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). She worked at Deloitte in the audit services area from 2002 to 2007. She has also participated in executive programs at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) in Madrid, and has a certification in Scrum Manager for Agile Auditing by InnovaAgile, among other certifications and diplomas in her field of expertise.
