Javer was founded in 1973 in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. The Company is specialized in the development of affordable entry-level, medium-income, and residential housing in seven states in Mexico: Aguascalientes, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Queretaro, Quintana Roo and Tamaulipas.
In 2019, it ventured into the State of Guanajuato launching its first development, which is managed by the Queretaro branch.
