Business alliance for technical education in Nuevo León

In JAVER we support the academic and personal development of young people, that is why for the first time we partnered with Nuevo Leon´s Industry Transformation Chamber (Cámara de la Industria de Transformación de Nuevo León in Spanish or CAINTRA) in its “Business Alliance for Technical Education in Nuevo León” program.

Last June, the new image of the project was unveiled at an event attended by directors, businessmen and beneficiaries who are part of this alliance. Verónica Lozano, Investor Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Planning Director at JAVER shared her enthusiasm for participating, as well as her support and empathy towards each of the young beneficiaries from the National College of Technical Professional Education (Colegio Nacional de Educación Profesional Técnica, or CONALEP for its Spanish acronym). During this event, students shared their new knowledge and the added value that the program brings to their daily lives.

The scholarship granted by the Business Alliance for Technical Education in Nuevo León offers has several components: financial support for tuition and school materials, training in personal and professional development, building a life plan and socio-emotional skills for their first job, networking activities with companies, among other benefits.

We are very excited to participate in programs that prepare the youth of the state to have better and new job opportunities. This year we aim to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, Quality Education, and we are confident that supporting this program, in addition to moving us towards this goal, strengthens and promotes the education of the new generations that are the future of the state.
