Third reforestation of trees un our communities in 2023

With the mission of following up our annual objective of planting 900 trees through our program of “Arborizando Nuestras Comunidades”, during the month of July, we had our third tree planting of the year with volunteering. To our project Porto Alto, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo more than 50 volunteer collaborators attended, and thanks to their support and effort, we achieved planting more than 100 native trees that help with the conservation of the ecosystem and animals of the state. 

The day of reforestation started at 8:30 with the making of the wells over the main median ridge where the trees, moments later, would be planted. Once the work was over, we shared a moment of harmony with tacos to reward the great effort that everyone made. 

Porto Alto is one of our 5 projects in the state of Quinta Roo, it has excellent amenities like a pool in every private neighborhood, grills with palapa, children’s games and green arear. It is located only 15 minutes away from the 5th avenue.

This project has been benefited for the second occasion of the program “Arborizando Nuestras Comunidades Javer”, adding 220 planted trees by volunteers and more than 450 by equipment. The objective of these activities is to improve the quality of the environment of our clients, as the increase of vegetation of green areas to increase the rain infiltration, guaranteeing a good quality of air and minimizing the islands of heat that cities might generate.
