Recovery of community spaces

Over the years we have implemented different strategies to mitigate, compensate, and prevent the damage to our environment. Planting a tree not only generates a positive change in the environment, but also, this activity can bring society together in a good practice. Therefore, the recovery of spaces results in happy and sustainable communities.

Hand in hand with the "Hipoteca con Servicios" program, the different promoters in our affordable-entry level projects have cemented the recovery of spaces, providing them with new purposes through several actions.

Also, volunteer neighbors have the opportunity to adopt their own tree, receiving a certificate of ownership and assuming the responsibility to take care of them. Hundreds of trees have been planted in sidewalks, garages, extra housing spaces, revitalizing these green areas. For example, during June, 112 trees were adopted in 6 communities.

Another program for the recovery of spaces is "Dando Color", where we brought areas back to life by painting them. During 2021, 3 murals and 26 crosswalks were painted in 3 projects affiliated to the program. The volunteer neighbors decided the design to be used and painted it in the designated area, turning them into landmarks in each project.

These have been some alternatives that we have implemented in our projects aiming to preserve our environment and rescue community spaces, endorsing our commitment to our communities with socially responsible actions.
