The second editions of this Entrepreneurs Fair were held in our Valle de Santa Isabel projects in Juárez, Nuevo León, and Valle de Lincoln in García.

A fundamental part of Javer's strategy is its alignment with the international sustainability agenda. Therefore, we have defined priorities in the 2030 Agenda by separating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into three categories that allow us to focus our efforts on areas where our core business has the greatest impact. These categories are:

- Relevant: defining the SDGs directly related to our main activities, our value chain, and our direct impact on society and the -environment.

- Secondary: including the SDGs that, although not completely linked to our activities, are relevant to our operation and impact our value chain and communities.

- General: which are of utmost importance globally and, although not directly related to our operations, are intrinsic to the reality of the society in which we operate.

SDG 8 refers to "Decent Work and Economic Growth." This goal aims to promote sustainable and inclusive economic growth through decent, full, and productive employment for all. While this goal is fundamental to the functioning and success of our company, it is of paramount importance from the perspective of community development, which is key for Javer. Therefore, within the classification as a relevant objective, in 2023, we launched the initiative to create spaces that promote local economies within our projects.

The Entrepreneurs Fairs are spaces that promote business development and local consumption within our communities. These fairs offer a platform for local entrepreneurs to exhibit and sell their products, generating income and jobs, and promoting the integral development of the people who trusted our company to provide them with housing. By organizing these events, these businesses gain greater visibility and opportunities to expand their businesses and foster commercial ties within the communities.

In February and in celebration of Valentine's Day, the second editions of this Entrepreneurs Fair were held in our Valle de Santa Isabel projects in Juárez, Nuevo León, and Valle de Lincoln in García. Sixteen and twelve entrepreneurs participated, respectively, exposed to more than 230 potential customers, generating more than $13,000 pesos in sales.

This is just the beginning of this program, which will be driven by different training strategies in partnership with our Community Centers, with the hope that as a company, we continue to positively impact our communities.
