You have probably heard about shared value before. This new business philosophy is a great step towards sustainability in the organizational field. The first time this term was used in mainstream media was in 2011 in an article by Michael Porter for Harvard Business Review.

Mr. Porter talked about a new way for companies to engage with its stakeholders and nearby communities. "It is not about being good but about thinking strategically so that there are benefits for everyone." In this line, in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, we constantly develop projects that encourage JAVER to share this value with all its stakeholders.

With programs such as the Reciclatón Challenge or the Tree Adoptions we seek to share value with all our staff members. The JAVER Virtual Summer Camp, for example, allowed us to expand our shared value boundaries one more year and share value with the children of our staff members. With a one-week program, children aged 5 to 13 enjoyed activities such as crafts, virtual trips around the world, among many others. In addition to learning about different cultures, flora and fauna, they were able to learn how to take care of their planet.

The creation of shared value, however, is not exclusive to the area of Social Responsibility because we are all agents of change and, without a doubt, every action we take makes the company more human and grows for you. JAVER cares about providing you with the most complete advice to acquire your new home in the same way that we care for the environment with actions that prove it.
