Thanks to the success of the freshly launch program “Respo Day”, its version directed to sons and daughters of our collaborators was born, the “Respo Kids Day”. During the vent, the girls and boys participants went to the offices to get to know about the activities that their moms and dads make at Javer. Also, to learn the importance of their participation to continuo to be a Socially Responsible Company and one of the Great Places to Work in Mexico.
This first edition was lived in three Javer headquarters, Nuevo Leon, Jalisco and in State of Mexico. Likewise, the annual Virtual Summer Javer Camp transcends to a presential modality in a more enrichening way.
In Nuevo Leon, the corporate offices were full of energy, were 23 girls and boys learned about Javer through questions, games and activities. With the support of didactical materials, the participants learned to separate garbage, plant trees through the methodology of gardens in a meter square and to recognize vegetables. Also, they obtained fundaments of inclusion through a memory game for the inclusion of people with disabilities and learned signs from the Mexican Sign Language. The day ended with a visit to the corporate offices, where the participant areas shared in an interactive way their activities with the little ones.
In Jalisco, along with the question to get to know Javer, the team of the UEN offered a small talk about how houses are built. Following this, everyone drew their ideal house with the information that they now had. The 13 boys and girls that assisted visited the offices, guided by the great team of Human Resources.
Finally, in State of Mexico, the activity was done in the sales booth of our project Jardines de Magnolias 3, with the participation of 13 boys and girls. Along with coloring a house design of Javer, the participants got to know all the constructive process of our houses. They visited the construction site, with the security measures and accompanied by the construction team who allowed them to leave a mark of their hands in a space on the sidewalk. Also, they saw the sample house and lived the experience of an event of delivery of homes that the team of client support recreated for them.
We thank each one of the participants for coming to these events and we hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did. Also, we recognize the great effort that the moms and dads of the company do so that we can continue with the great results that we have.
