"Respo Day" Celebrates Its Second Edition

Respo Day is an initiative designed to help employees understand what JAVER represents in our society—from construction and home sales to the vibrancy brought to life through our Community Centers and nurseries. This time, the event was held in both Nuevo León and the State of Mexico.

On May 17th, the event began at the sales office of our Valle de Lincoln housing development, one of JAVER's largest projects. Located in García, Nuevo León, this development comprises over 7,000 homes. It features parks, sports courts, playgrounds, outdoor exercise equipment, and a palapa, all designed to support the integral development of the community, which currently enjoys proximity to shops, pharmacies, entertainment centers, a medical center, and other areas of interest.

Throughout the morning, sales and post-sales teams shared experiences with the 14 participating employees, providing a comprehensive view of customer needs management and loyalty as added value in JAVER’s processes. During the visit to the construction area, participants observed each stage of this project's construction. They received information on the project's status and portfolio of prototypes, the methodologies and technologies that make our product a success for each client.

After learning about the pre-living process of our homes, the participants were introduced to the day-to-day life of the project. At the Valle de Lincoln Community Center, they experienced a workshop similar to those offered to the community as part of the tools for their development and integration. Additionally, the visit to the nursery showcased four of the programs that JAVER implements to offer our clients responsible green spaces that promote natural resource conservation and the full development of their residents.

Respo Day at the State of Mexico

Similarly, on May 24th, the event took place at the Fioré Residencial project in Tlanepantla, State of Mexico. This gated community features extremely spacious smart apartments, along with amenities such as a clubhouse with a pool, barbecue area, gym, multipurpose room, pet park, green areas, and much more. It is conveniently located near commercial areas, entertainment centers, medical facilities, and schools, offering an excellent location.

The 27 employees from the central region of the country also visited the sales office, customer service, and construction area, learning about their respective activities. They participated in a talk and activity with the sustainability team, gaining insight into how these programs function transversally across JAVER’s core business activities.
