“Día Respo”, a new Javer experience

During the morning of Friday, March 24, we lived a new experience at Javer. “Día Respo” is an exclusive initiative for our employees. This initiative has the purpose of recognizing our mission and the importance of the activities that each one of us carry out in the company.

JAVER’s Mission: Offering high quality housing solutions to satisfy the accommodation or property needs of our clients, based on our values and human capital.

This experience started during the morning, where some corporate employees had the opportunity of touring the largest Javer housing development, “Valle de Santa Elena”. To this date, this development features more than 16,000 homes. The visit consisted of a talk given by the sales team. Afterwards, we toured exhibition houses, and learned about the sale and delivery process.

Afterwards, guided by Management of the Project’s Development, we visited the work zone to get to know more about the construction process of our operations. We visited the Community Center of the development, in addition to learning about its activities, the team had the opportunity of living what the neighbors experience with a natural soap workshop. Like this one, more than 20 different workshops were made during the year, just in 2022 around 26,500 neighbors attended community centers in Javer’s developments.

Finally, the group visited Javer’s first and largest plant nursery. They participated in some activities such as the germination of native species, with which in 2022 more than 1,000 trees and 1,200 cacti were reproduced.

On the other hand, that same day, a recycle center was installed in the corporate offices where some of our peers left their plastic caps and paper.

We are grateful for the participation of each one of our employees and we congratulate them for all the activities they carry out on a daily basis. It is thanks everyone’s effort that Javer is able to achieve projects like this one, that impact in a positive way our groups of interest.
