We are now Sustainability

At Javer, we recognize the context in which we live. As a society in constant change and rapid growth, needs are evolving, and the use of resources is increasing. This is why we see an urgent need to embrace environmental and social awareness—key concepts of Sustainability. For this reason, after 8 years of operating under a Social Responsibility model, we have transformed our vision toward Sustainability.

Although JAVER has implemented environmental programs since the beginning of our model, we made this shift to better reflect the approach we have maintained over the years—practices that acknowledge the limits of our planet and ensure that current needs are met without compromising the resources of future generations.

Our sustainability model is based on three pillars:

• Our People focused on contributing to the development and growth of our employees and building sustainable communities.
• Our Planet aiming to combine efforts to combat climate change, preserve biodiversity, and use natural resources responsibly.
• Our Well-being  this pillar seeks to promote investment and economic growth, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the company.

Each of these pillars is supported by flagship programs through which we carry out various initiatives to meet our objectives. Every program involves different stakeholders, aiming to generate a positive impact across our entire value chain for the common good and to build a more sustainable future.
